RMIT Application outstanding documents requirements

Documents supporting a complete application


The following documents must accompany your application form (print and online) as part of a complete application

Compulsory attachments

  • Certified copies of academic transcripts from all qualifications undertaken (must list subjects undertaken and grades achieved on official paper/letterhead of the institution)

  • Certified copies of all graduation certificates in both original language and in English - official award stating the full title of qualification, date of completion and name of graduate on official paper/letterhead of the institution

  • Evidence of English language level (where necessary) - report showing IELTS, TOEFL (Paperbased and iBT) or RMIT English Worldwide scores.

Where can I get my documents certified?

  • An authorised officer from the institution that originally issued the documents

  • An Australian overseas diplomatic mission or any Australian Education International

  • An Australian Justice of the Peace

  • RMIT Vietnam

Attach if applicable

  • English translations of all documents

  • Folio (check number and type of art/design works in entry requirements for program and do not exceed 10 mb. Applicants who submit folios where the file size is more than 10 MB will be requested to resubmit a new folio.)

  • Syllabus (if applying for advanced standing /course credits)

  • Resumé or curriculum vitae (CV)

  • Research proposal (for master by research and doctoral applicants)

  • Personal statement

  • References from employers

  • Letter from scholarship provider

  • Supplementary Forms (Check if the program you are applying for requires this form)

  • Copy of your passport if available
